2. Service Availability

We make every effort to keep our systems operational and our services available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for downtime caused by:

Third-party service providers (e.g., Stripe, hosting providers)

Scheduled maintenance

Unexpected outages

3. Responsibility for Content & Responses

We install and configure the AI assistant based on the information you provide. While we aim to create an accurate and helpful setup:

You are responsible for reviewing and approving the content used (e.g., FAQs, business info)We are not liable for errors, miscommunication, or inaccurate responses given by the AI assistant

4. Third-Party Integrations

Some services may use third-party tools or APIs (e.g., Google Calendar, Stripe). We do not warrant the performance or reliability of these third-party services.

5. Service is Provided “As Is”

All services are delivered “as is” without warranties of any kind — either expressed or implied. This includes, but is not limited to:

Implied warranties of merchantability

Fitness for a particular purpose

In no event shall digiCounted, its owners, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
